Charged but dont know why - instant ink

Hey, wondered if anyone had been randomly charged while on the £0.00 for up to 15 printed pages per month instant ink option. 

 

I've not used any for months and my account shows this as 0 pages printed since last year but I used/printed 13 pages in march for CVs for a job and now I've been charged. Granted its only £1 charge but i was under the impression that 13 pages is under the 15 limit before being charged for additional pages at £1 for up to 10.

Have you checked your HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account. It will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.

 

If the suggested information can't be found, please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Hi, yes I've checked the account/profile etc before posting the question. 

 

It clearly shows 13 pages have been printed but still charged me for going over 15 🤷‍♂️ 

 

Previous few months were 0 pages printed so it's not from a different month charge.
