Called HP in Dec and paid for a one time charge of $19.99, they could not help me so they refunded me. Then I check my cc statement today to find out I am enrolled in monthly recurring support for $19.99 which I never ever enrolled!! I spent 1 1/2 hours on the phone this morning, Talked to three different people and was transferred 5 times to end of in the same place I started. Is this company a JOKE! Can they not find the right department and handle this issue in less than 30 minutes. I also tried the virtual assistant that would not let me past the ink department, another JOKE! What is even more ironic is the 5 people I spoke to this morning I told them I have this recurring billing on my cc card and never ordered it and would like it removed - how hard is that to understand and they tell me it is support and ask me the questions I already answered. I
I will think twice about getting HP products as the support is disgustingly bad and no one there knows how to resolve issue. Talk about an all-time low of customer service!!
