Why am I being charged 3 times a month for a plan I’m not registered to? I can’t even update my printer’s software, I can’t print. This is very frustrating to experience. I purchase the printer but HP rules when I can or can’t print? This is not right. I will see what BBB & OTHER AGENCIES HAS TO SAY ABOUT THIS

- May I know for what subscription or purchase have you been charged 3 times in a month?
- If you are referring to Instant Ink, then we would need some information related to your Instant Ink Subscription. This information cannot be shared on a public post.
