Hi @Axe6,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I understand that you are seeing two Instant Ink charges, one on August 25 and another on August 26. I’d like to check the account details to understand why both charges were generated.

Could you share one of the following privately:

  • Your registered HP Instant Ink ID/email address, or
  • The printer serial number

Also, let me know:

  • Did you change or upgrade/downgrade your Instant Ink plan between August 25 and August 26?
  • Did you add another printer or subscription to the account during that period?
  • Were the two charges for the same amount or different amounts?

HP Instant Ink billing can include the regular plan charge and, depending on the account activity, additional page charges. The Print and Payment History in the Instant Ink account can also show the billing details.

Once you provide the account/printer details privately, we can review the situation and determine what happened with the two charges.

Take care and have an amazing day!

I'm an HP Employee.
