Operating System: iOS

My printer is out of ink so I am not able to print the page with the claim code to enroll in instant ink. Is there another way to obtain the claim code?

@Bflo429, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

If you have a Deskjet 3630, Deskjet 3700, or Deskjet 2600 printer, you can only produce the claim code by printing the page. If only one cartridge is empty, remove it and try to print the page with the remaining cartridge.

 

If both the cartridges are empty, you need to at least buy one cartridge to continue.
