I have a HP Deskjet 3760  printer and it has started giving an error saying Ink Cartridges Problem. It is a genuine cartridge and was sent to me by HP as part of the "instant Ink" program. It has not been in any other printer. I have taken the cartridge in and out (as advised on the help pages), turned the printer on and off, cleaned the cartridge electrical connectors but it still doesn't work. The error is related to the color cartridge. But there seems to be no way to get a replacement as investigation of the error message says "I" need to fix the problem before they send me more ink!!!!

 

I need my printer working as my children will need it for when the school closes.

And been contact text WhatsApp message still awaiting for respond over one month😫. Also HP need more deaf aware which I cannot able make phone call that should more easy for deaf access on live chat
