When I try to print, the printer displays "Ink Cartridge Problem" error message and asks me to remove and re-install the cartridge. I did that several time and still the problem remains. I tried to check the ink level in the cartridge in HP online, but it wont show any info on color cartridge and the below error message is displayed.
Cartridge Error: We can't determine your next shipment, because we aren't able to read your ink levels
Please help me to resolve this issue.
