Hi,
I hope someone will help me here. I have a HP Envy 4527 printer and it has started giving an error saying Ínk Cartridges Problem. It is a genuine cartridge that has been installed in the very same printer for several months and has in that time worked fine. It was sent to me by HP as part of the "instant Ink" program. It has not been in any other printer. I have taken the cartridge in and out (as advised on the help pages), turned the printer on and off, cleaned the cartridge electrical connectors but it still doesn't work. If I take the color cartridge out and print, then it prints fine with the black & white color which suggests me that the issue is with the color cartridge. Can someone suggest how to get this fixed ?
