I have never been able to print in color. I still have color ink that came with my printer...can someone please tell me how to fix this problem?

Hello, 

 

Could provide the Printer Model# and the Operating System on your PC to assist you better.

Meanwhile you may try making a Color COPY of a document and check if that works. If yes, then there could be an issue with printer driver settings.
