Hi All,
I have seen a few posts about cartridges suddenly getting a problem but not seen how people actually solved it apart from HP sending DM's then nothing more is seen.
I was printing yesterday absolulty fine then today when I turned on the printer I have got the 'Catridge Problem' error with the colour cartridge.
I have tried cleaning it, taking it out to see if there is any damage. and still nothing.
Anyone got any tips?

Thank you for the information. Not to worry, I will ship a replacement color ink cartridge with express shipping which will resolve this issue. It will be delivered in 3-4 business days.

I understand the color ink cartridge is not working.
Perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge
If the error persists, please send me a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
As the issue is related to Instant ink cartridges, I need more information to help you out.
