Product: HP Envy 5030
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I carry on paying for instant ink and the HP app is showing an empty colour ink but HP haven't sent one for ages. It seems impossible to contact them and it's driving me mad! I also can't log in to HP smart, it just says logging in could take 20 seconds and I get a  constant beachball.
