I belong to the ink subscription scheme. I receive black ink cartridges without any problem. I have not been sent a coloured ink cartridge for over a year. In the subscription tracking it shows one being delivered in July 2021. I never received this cartridge.
This is not the first time I have tried to get a new cartridge. All I want is for one to be mailed to me. I'm paying for it. I don't have the time to fiddle round. If there is a problem with the subscription quite simply it would be easier to close the account and open a new one.
In the meantime it is surely within HP capability to mail out a colour cartridge as a one off.
