Common problems for INSTANT INK, HP+ PLANS: INK AND TONER
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Instant Ink. Check out this link: HP INSTANT INK, HP+ PLANS: INK AND TONER. .

I have an instant ink subscription, but those cartridges that I have been using are suddenly giving me an error message that “ The indicated cartridges are not communicating correctly with the printer.  If this problem persists, replace the cartridges.”  I have done every troubleshooting option I can find, turning off/on, resetting, removing, cleaning, but nothing has fixed it.  How am I supposed to replace the cartridges when I have to wait for the next instant ink shipment?  If this is automated, why can’t HP see I have this error and ship more ink?  What am I supposed to do if I need to print something before my next ink delivery arrives?
