HP OfficeJet Pro 8035e All-in-One Printer

The 8035e was the 1st printer that I purchased from HP for an instant ink subscription.  After several months I had problems with a debit card but forgot to let HP know.  So after a month or so they stopped my printer and that got my attention so I rememberd to update my card.  Once that was completed they charged me appropriately but they they took out an extra 29 dollars plus.  When questioned they said I had used the ink and printed several pages.  That is not true.  Yes there were several pages but they were blank.  In fact, I had been called by my wife and she told me the printer won't stop.  She allowed the printer to finish and I reviewed them when I got home.  I then called HP of course they did not believe my story and I felt terrible.  I then told them to cancel my account and refund my money.  They gave me $11 of $29 of which I did not agree with them.  This is very sad.  I later went online to return the ink on the prescription and couldn't get it to work.  Of course no help from online resources.
