I been paying a subscription for 8 years for ink that I barely use. My printer is not plugged in as I rarely use it. I bought my own ink and tried to print but it isn’t working. I have now been told that because I have a subscription I can’t use the printer until it ends! I am extremely frustrated as I was not aware of this condition and it was not clear to me when I purchased the printer 8 years ago. I want to speak to someone about it but your phone line consultants cannot help and put the phone down. I feel my money has been taken and a service not provided or made clear and now I am asking for help I have been left high and dry with a printer that is of no use to me as it won’t work.
