Product: HP Envy wireless printer

It has been over 1.5 years since I’ve received an ink cartridge for my printer. I haven’t been able to print in color for about 6 months. This program is an absolute rip off. I’m paying a monthly fee to use a printer without ink. I can’t ever get a rep on the phone to discuss. All part of the scam.  DO NOT buy from this company. They are scamming who knows how many people out of $ each month and then making it impossible to discontinue/unenroll from the service.
