Hi everyone,

 

whenever I am trying to connect my printer (HP Officejet Pro 7740) to the web services the error "No connection between the printer and the web services is possible. The server might be busy or temporarily unavailable. Please try again later" was showing up, after a short period of time. I was trying to enable the web services through the menu of the "Apps" category. There I wanted to activat an app to scan a document and send it via email.

This is a new printer, which I bought just recently. I printed out the Network configurations and there it said, that the printer is connected to the internet. I have tried to reset the printer through the settings within, but I do not know if it really reset the printer to the factory settings.

Could somebody help me with my problem?
