Product: HP Envy Photo 7230 All-in-One Printer

Recently changed my printer which was ordered from HP on line, signed up for instant ink offer, Ink sent ok for a few days but then it all started getting constant emails PLEASE UPDATE PAYMENT METHOD which i do but seems to make no difference emails keep coming , going round in circles, at one point they blocked my printer from working, finding it impossible to talk to an agent to resolve matter HELP
