HP DeskJet 3630 All-in-One Printer

Last year HP sent me a defective cartridge for my printer.  Having got no solution from them, I cancelled my instant ink subscription and bought an HP cartridge that worked.  They acknowledged my cancellation and even registered that I was using a colour cartridge not supplied by instant ink.
This month they have billed me for printing pages over and above my non-existant contract using the cartridge I bought.  I have yet again cancelled my contract, but can find no way of getting my money back that they illegally took from my debit card. 

Does anyone know a contact?

I would need to know a few details regarding your Instant ink account to help you get the ink cartridges sorted. Since the instant ink account details are confidential, please send me the required information via private message.  

 

To locate your account, please provide
Your registered email address
Your Instant Ink account ID
Serial number of your printer enrolled in instant ink
Confirm your address,
