I canceled my Instant Ink subscription by phone with an HP representative. It was several months ago, and I’ve recently realized that you’ve continued to charge me via PayPal. This is not the quality of customer service I expect from HP! I believe you owe me a refund. I do not remember when I called, but you should have a record of my call from Edited

To help us review the situation and check the billing activity on your Instant Ink subscription, we’ll need to locate your account details. Please share the following information privately (do not post it publicly here):

  • Your Instant Ink account email address or Instant Ink ID
  • The PayPal email used for payments (if different)

Once we receive this information, our Instant Ink team can verify your cancellation record, review the payment history, and guide you through the refund process if applicable.

Thank you for your patience. We’ll do our best to resolve this promptly once we can access your account details.

Please help us with the Printer serial number or the product number in a private message for further assistance.
