After replacing the toner cartridges, a notice popped up on the control panel saying ink cartridges installed and the OK button. Nothing happens when I press the OK button. I restarted it and the same thing happened.

- Let me know if the printer is connected to Windows Computer or MAC Computer or Android Phone or iPhone.
- Let me know the version of the operating system installed on the computer connected to the printer.
- Connection method - USB, physical LAN, or wireless?
- Error messages (if any) on the unit.
- Are you able to print by ignoring the ok button?
