My ink cartridge is corrupt and does not now show up on my Instant Ink account. How do you get a new one when you are signed up for Instant Ink?

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges.  Log into the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower right of the opening screen.  You may need to wait until Monday morning for support to be available in your region.
