Still unable to give my credit card details.

The billing statement goes blank  continually when I try to change my card details. This has now been going on since Dember 22nd.

Despite working together with HP support agents on different formats..................nothing!

 

The next scenario now is when my subscription is cancelled on the 18th of January through no fault of my own.                     Why why why?
