Hello, I would just like to point out, that I experienced credit card attempts of theft (online purchases) and some actual deductions (low amount). Two months in a row at aprox same time as HP subscribtion deduction.  Places where payment were processed are not familiar to me (Sainsburys London, Domino's, Panda Express, Jack in the box).

Considering that his happened twice in a row at the same time I guess it is not by pure chance and must be connected to my HP Instant Ink account or in other words, there is possibility you have a leak in this most important information of your customers. Kindly please review what's going on.

Kind regards, Jana

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you are experiencing. Unfortunately, I can’t assist directly with credit card fraud or suspicious activity like unauthorized transactions. However, I recommend that you immediately:

  1. Contact your bank or credit card provider to report these suspicious charges and any unauthorized transactions. They can investigate and potentially reverse unauthorized charges.
  2. Review your recent transactions and subscriptions to ensure they were legitimate.
  3. Change your online account passwords, especially for accounts related to financial transactions, as a precaution.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!

Seeing unexpected charges at the same time your subscription is billed can be alarming. Often these are temporary authorization holds or merchant verification charges that drop off, but they can also indicate billing setup issues or fraud. First, check the transaction description and timestamp in your bank app. Then contact your card issuer to dispute suspicious charges and ask for details. If the subscription merchant is unknown, change your card and enable transaction alerts to stay safe For more tips and resources, you can check:https://ryumoto-gfx.com/
