Microsoft Windows 11

Cannot get blue cyan to print.  have run the printhead cleaning cycles several times, aligned the print head, wiped the contacts, and disconnected power for 60 sec.  Then I installed a new print head and all results are the same.

If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, then either the cartridges are faulty or the printer needs to be checked.

It's a habitual problem. I had all the same issues as you and contacted HP support. Eventually I was sent a refurbished replacement printer. The cyan worked for about a year in the replacement printer but now no longer. Debating right now if it's worth it to contact HP again for another replacement or just to buy a totally different printer.
