Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8725 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am paying $12 a month for ink supplies.  I am almost out.  they have been shipped with a delivery time expectation of 3 weeks.  This is poor service for the cost charged.  I could walk to Virginia in 3 weeks from San Diego.  It would seem that a better method would be to immediately ship ink and a back up shipment.  Then as I replace the cartridges, immediately ship the next set.  The title Instant Ink is certainly a misnomer

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges.  Go to the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower center of the opening screen. 

 

Alternately, you can click on the Virtual Assistant.  When the assistant opens type "Where is my ink?" (w/o the quotes).  The system will ask a few questions and then schedule your shipment.
