Has anyone experienced duplicate accounts and then receive a payment update request? Suggestion, delete the account and start fresh!

 The site appears to be HP INSTA INK but there is a very good chance this is a phishing expedition to get your financial data. DELETE AND START FRESH! It is a pain, but it's the safest approach. I saw a user name Inside not recognize, using my.wmail that I did not register with.
