Product: HP Envy 5665
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I just installed the HP Dashboard and added my HP Envy 5665 to it.  However, it says I'm not enrolled in Instant Ink.   I checked and the HP account and the Instant Ink account both use the same email and username.  passwords are probably different.  How do I get the dashboard to recognize my instant ink account?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

HP Customer Support, HP Smart (formerly HP Connected), and HP Instant Ink web services all use the same HP account login. You do not need to create a new account for each service.
