Hallo. I am enrolled in Instant Ink Program, but the multi-color I have received at home is defective and it is not working in my printer (Error E0). How can I open a request to HP for the replacement of the defective toner with a new one? I haven't found any HP channel to issue this request.

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges. Go to the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower center of the opening screen.
I am not an employee of HP, I am a volunteer posting here on my own time.
