You sent me a defective, leaking ink cartridge. It's bad right out of its packaging, and I am searching for a way to notify you and order a replacement. Why is that so difficult?  It appears that the only way to do it is to post here and then have someone contact me in a private message. This method is ludicrous, but I guess it's the only way so now I'm waiting for you to contact me....
