Product: Ink from Office Depot, San Carlos, CA
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I purchased tri color ink at Office Depot, San Carlos and it was defective. I had purchased two, so I installed the second one yesterday and it works fine. The store gave me a hard time when I tried to return it. The magenta was missing; they said I didn't have original packaging.
