I need a replacement cartridge.

 

I do have an Instant Ink subscription, and this is the most recent cartridge that was sent to me.  

 

Almost immediately would not print correctly and upon closer examination, I see that it is missing a "contact" point.  (see photo attached)

 

Please send me another ASAP.

I understand you’re having trouble with the newly received cartridge due to a damaged chip, and I’m so sorry you’re dealing with this — I know how frustrating it can be when something new doesn’t work as expected.
 

It sounds like you’re looking for a replacement Instant Ink cartridge. I’m here to help with that. Please help us with the Printer serial number the product number or an Instant Ink ID in a private message for further assistance.

Nowhere do I see a "Private Message" icon.  

When I click on your link to take me to my "private messages", I get a red bar that says:

 

"You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action.

Click your browser's Back button to continue.

Nor is there a method to click on your NAME to forward the information you requested.
