Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have cancelled my printing plan. Now I want to delete my account to make a new one. I can't select a new plan. My old cartridges are empty and the ones I received from my plan doesn't worl because my printer is being displayed off line. The helpdesk tried to help me, but still no solution and I still can't print.

I'd like to help!

 

I understand you would like to delete your instant ink account.

 

Unfortunately, the instant ink account cannot be deleted, you can create a new account but will not be able to delete the old one.

I cannot access my ho smart account because my email is wrong and can’t edit anything but also cannot create another as my number and name are being recognised, if I can’t access my account or user name because the email is wrong and an account is taking g payment and I can’t cancel it what can I do?
