HP Deskjet 2622
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a Deskjet 2622 colour cartridge fault which is unable to be cleared despite cleaning the contacts etc.  Cartridge indicated as being not in place or empty despite printing no more than 5 pages since being fitted.  Genuine cartridge received from HP instant ink.  Any suggestions please to correct the problem

What is the exact error message that you get while printing?

 

Update the printer firmware

Click here to download and install the latest firmware from your computer.

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

 

Verify if you have tried all the steps mentioned in this document.

 

 

As the issue is related to Instant ink cartridges, I need more information to help you out.
