Deskjet 2630 Cartridge

Hi, 

I have bought a new cartridge for my printer Deskjet 2630, the printer does not recognize the new cartage (123 Tri-colour). noting that the printer did recognized the black cartage.
how to resolve this issue ???

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

  • Do you get any errors?
  • Are there any blinking lights on the printer?
  • Make sure the protective tape from the new ink cartridge is removed before placing it in the printer.

Also, kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document.

Hi KUMAR0307,
the Ink cartridge is installed properly in accordance with HP instructions and recommendation, and the protection tap removed for my printer (hp deskjet 2630 bought from Amazon).  when I did installed the new HP Ink cartridge 123 Tri-colour (F6V16A); the printer (bough from Carrefour UAE) did not recognized the cartridge and the light keep blinking, noting that the new cartridge visually look free from the defects. however, reinstalling the old one 123 Tri-colour (N9J12A) the printer will work properly.
 
So still the proplem did not resolved

I'm afraid this seems like a hardware issue with the new ink cartridge. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options.
