Hello, I have not received a new cartridge, and cannot ask for a new one, as the support page just doesnt work. When entered it just said "oops something went wrong, try again later" and this is happening for the last month, subscription was payed despite having over 4000 unprinted pages. I am trying this forum as a last resort before canceling the subscription ... Can anyone help ? Thank you
