After six weeks and several technicians working on my printer it was determined to be the printer and not on my end. It’s under warranty and I was promised a return label would be included with the replacement. HP has really done nothing but make my life miserable with the printer 2700 e all in one with instant ink and held my printing hostage for six weeks and I got the replacement printer today and if it had a label as stated on the box it was cut out and removed. I was told to have Costco buy a label for it. Really nice and obviously not an option for me to use under hps warranty which is valid until next year 24. Why would they do this? I am only given so many days for them to receive my defective printer and the count down begins today Sept 30,2023
