Is the printer connected to the wireless network, iwth the blue wireless light solid lit?

Follow 'Connect a printer that does not have a touchscreen control panel > Step 2: Connect the printer with the HP Smart app' below to connect the printer to your network

Once connected, with a solid blue light, print a printer status report by holding the cancel button for 3 seconds and locate the IP Address within the Connectivity section.

Type that IP into any browser to access the EWS page of your printer, then enable Web Services and a report should print with a claim code.
