Don’t have the ink HP is claiming I have

Hi I am needing to replace my ink (colors not black) but I have none to replace it with. Hp keeps sending me the black in which I already have one unused one (just received another today) but not the three other colors. I know if they manually ship it will take almost a week to arrive which will interfere with the high volume of printing I use.
