INK TANK WIRELESS 419

I face a problem in printing : Door open .

I have tried a few times closing the doors, properly. Checked for any sorts of paper jam. But as soon as I turn printer on, power button keeps blinking.

I even tried disconnected cables while printer is turned on. Disconnected wire from socket, but nothing seems to work.

How do I get rid of this door open error and resume printing?

Hi @ESSCON,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

If the power b button is Blinking- The printer is processing a job. To cancel the job, press the Cancel button (x ).

If the blinking is Fast -If the printhead access door is open, close it. If the printhead access door is closed and the light is blinking fast, the printer is in an error state

Let's try a power reset on the printer

Reset the product

  • With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  • Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
  • Wait at least 60 seconds.
  • Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
  • Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
  • Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
