I cancelled the Instant Ink for my HP Office Jet Pro 8135e Series in March 2025. I was told by Customer Service that there would be no more charges to my account and that the subscription would automatically cancel on April 27, 2025.
My latest Credit Card bill shows a charge for $14.97 - two times the customary monthly amount. I called Customer Service and they gave the excuse that they would only credit me only $6.73!
How can I get the balance of the incorrect charges returned to me?
