I thought I'd share my experience. I downgraded my account and, like many of you, wasn't sure if my rollover pages would be transferred to the new [cheaper] plan.

I went from the 300-page plan ($11.99) to the 100-page plan ($5.99), which allows up to 300 rollover pages, as I noticed that I had accrued over 900 rollover pages, which, by the way, were capped at 900.

When reading what I dug up online, I came to the conclusion that when I changed plans, only 300 pages would rollover to the downgraded plan. (I printed EVERYTHING I could think of to use up the difference, and ended up with 311 rollover pages).

What happened? On the day the changes took place, my account overview indicated 0 rollover pages. I immediately contacted customer service and they made the adjustment.

I now have 300 rollover pages in my account.

Bottom line: with some persistence (i.e., having to call/chat with customer service), your rollover pages will be adjusted to the new rollover cap and will [ultimately] be transferred to your account.
