I received a notification email today that I was getting close to my page count for  my monthly account. This seemed impossible to me so I went to the site to check out the Print History for this cycle. The page count is completely wrong, and if this is not resolved quickly,  I will cancel this subscription. I work from home, so I can pretty easily count how many pages I print in a day. Just to give an easy example for today, the dashboard says that I printed 24 pages on February 13 through 8:14pm. That's today, and it's only 4:43pm. I have printed 1 page today. Where is it getting 24? It shows I printed 45 pages last Saturday, February 7. I wasn't even home most of the day on February 7, so there is no way I printed 45 pages. I would like a resolution immediately.

I recently increased my page count because I kept going over my allotted number of pages. I didn't think too much about it even though it seemed hard to believe I would go over every month. This is now making me question the prior 5 months where I should've trusted my instincts. I am very suspicious of the "convenience" of this program now.
