Vor einiger Zeit habe ich Instant Ink ausprobiert. Das Abo ist mir zu teuer, also kündigte ich vor über einem Monat. Meine Kontoangaben besagen, dass ich nun wieder normale Patronen benutzen kann. Leider zeigt mein Envy4500 bei der neuen Patronen aus dem Online-Shop eine Fehlermeldung. Ich solle nur Instant Ink Patronen benutzen. Scheinbar hat der Drucker bzw. HP Smart nicht mitgekriegt, dass ich aus dem Abo raus bin und nun normale Patronen benutze. Wie kann man das Problem beheben, ohne einen HP Support kaufen zu müssen?
