HP ENVY 6030 All-In-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Envy 6030 on the instant ink subscription - the printer is no longer connect via HP Smart and unable to reconnect due to the E0 error so i am unable to request replacement cartridges. I have carried out all reset options and cleaning suggestions from HP but syill have the same error. please help by sending me out some replacement cartridges or show me how to request through the website and not the hp smart app

Welcome to the HP User Community.

 

Yes - Error E0 is a cartridge error.

Not sure why that would keep the printer from connecting to Web Services.  ?

Error E0

An E0 error indicates an unusable cartridge.
This condition occurs when at least one ink cartridge needs attention, is faulty, incorrect, missing, damaged, or incompatible. Reseat both ink cartridges, clean the ink cartridge contacts, restart the printer, and replace one or both ink cartridges if necessary.

Thankyou for your response and i am aware that the issue with E0 is a cartridge error. However there is nowhere within the instant ink support area to ask for replacement cartridges if they are faulty. the live chat is a bot and does not get to allow you to ask for replacements.

I have never used Live chat for Instant Ink support (no subscription).

"Live chat" is not live if the other side is a "bot" in my opinion.

I was not aware that calling the support phone number might connect you to  Chat with a bot.

 

Don't know if it would work for Instant Ink - I believe "WhatsApp" is available in your region.

HP maintains an agent staffed presence in WhatsApp.

 

OR

Wait here for an agent that can access your private information and assist.
