My printer was given to me by my dad. After 6 months it all turned yellow and the wifi was flashing. Figured it disconnected from internet.
i went through steps to set it up but now saying because I have instant ink I have to pay for this service to print anything, havnt paid before so I don’t know why I have to pay now.
whatever. So now I set it up and downloaded app, code 0E came up and app said I need to set up the printer and pay to use. So I started setting up But……… got stuck when it said I need a code and told me how to do it. The E0 error is in the fricken way to hold down “i” to even light up the the keys and press the resume button to get a code to purchase the service.
i am beyond frustrated!! I have spent the last 3 hours wasting my time on this. Why do you people make things to complicated? Before you ask, yes I have unplugged and replugged and pressed every button on this machine and nothing stops that error for me to hold down the darn “i”.
What else can I do besides to throw it out a window? I am using a HP envy 6052

Hi @Crappprinter,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd like to help!
If the printer is enrolled in instant ink and still active and the payment is due, until it's clear, you cannot use Instant ink cartridges.
If you do not wish to continue with instant ink, you need to cancel the account and use the hp regular cartridges.
Click here to cancel the account.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
