HP ENVY 6010 All-in-One Printer
macOS 12.0 Monterey

I had an E0 error code on my printer, so I took the cartridges out, cleaned the contacts, unplugged the printer and plugged back in after 60 seconds, replaced cartridges and error code changed to E3. I've gone through all the suggested steps and nothing is resolving it and there is no apparent cause or obstruction. How can I order replacement cartridges, because on the Instant Ink app, it says replacements can't be sent until I've resolved the error. Please advise.

The E3 error indicates a Carriage jam.
