Hello, I am trying to reenroll in the HP Instant Ink subscription since I have brand new ink cartridges for it and my subscription cancelled. As I try to select what plan I want, the window just freezes when I hit select plan button and nothing happens. I need to print for school and I was unaware that my ink cartridges would just stop working and now I'm stuck unable to register again.

Check your internet connection: Ensure that your internet connection is stable.

Clear cache and cookies: If you're using a browser, try clearing your cache and cookies, then restart the browser.

Use a different browser: Sometimes the issue is browser-related, so try using another browser like Chrome, Firefox, or Edge.

Restart your printer: Turn your printer off and on again. This might reset any minor glitches.

Sign into HP Instant Ink: Visit the HP Instant Ink website and log into your HP account.

Try another device: If you're still stuck, try using another device, like your phone or tablet, to access the HP Instant Ink page.

Check for updates: Ensure your printer firmware is up to date. You can check for updates in the printer's settings on the HP website or the HP Smart app.
