I keep getting the message, "You're almost there... complete enrollment by clicking the link." When I click on it, it says that my printer is enrolled yet when I go to my instant ink account, it only shows my Ink Jet printer enrolled. I have tried everything, including reinstalling the printer, adding a new printer, etc. I've tried completing with my phone and with my computer. My computer, phone, and printer are all on the same network. I added the Laser printer to my hp account successfully, finally, after trouble with that, too. Anybody have any suggestions?

• Registered email address and the serial number of the printer.
