I need to return unopened and unused Instant Ink cartridges for credit. Is the recycling envelope that came with them usable for this or does HP require a different return envelope?

I cancelled my Instant Ink account at the end of April, confirmed on May 4. I want to return the unused, unopened Instant Ink cartridges I received after cancelling my account. I have a return envelope that came with the cartridges for recycling. Please confirm that I can use this envelope to return these cartridges.

You are welcome.

Yes, use the envelope that you have to return the Instant Ink cartridges.

It sounds odd, I know, to recycle unused product.

Used OR New Instant Ink cartridges lock outside of the subscription and cannot be used in any printer.

Recycling is the best option.
